20+ years in the landscape industry

With more than 20 years in the landscape industry, Pat Gentry brings a depth of hands-on experience that few in the field can match. He started his career in the field as a labor supervisor with the largest landscape company in the country, where he spent many years leading crews, managing large commercial properties, and learning firsthand what it takes to deliver consistent, high-quality results at scale.

Pat worked his way up through the ranks, building expertise in crew management, scheduling, safety, and client relations at every step. That path from the field to leadership gives him a rare perspective: he understands the work from the ground up, and he knows how to keep operations running smoothly so every property gets the attention it deserves.

As Director of Operations at Rockport Landscape Services, Pat oversees day-to-day field operations and serves as a primary point of contact for our clients and property managers. He is committed to the values that define Rockport: quality, reliability, proactive service, clear communication, and getting it right every time.

With more than five years in the sales industry, Amy VanBuskirk has built a strong reputation for solving problems and creating the right solutions for both current and future clients.

As Director of Sales at Rockport Landscape Services, Amy works closely with property managers, HOA boards and commercial clients to understand the needs of each property and put together a plan that fits. She makes sure every client gets clear answers, a proposal that makes sense, and the same dependable Rockport service from the very first conversation.
