What areas does Rockport serve?
We are headquartered at 4 Terry Drive in Newtown, PA and serve commercial properties and communities throughout Bucks County and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, plus Princeton and the Mercer County area of New Jersey. See all of our service areas.
What types of properties do you work with?
We work with homeowners associations, apartment communities, office and corporate centers, retail sites, schools and campuses, and private estates. Most of our clients come to us through their property management company.
What services do you offer?
Commercial landscape maintenance, HOA landscape management, snow and ice management, turf management, seasonal planters and color, landscape design and enhancements, estate management, school and campus grounds care, and irrigation (Pennsylvania only).
Do you offer irrigation services in New Jersey?
No. Our irrigation services are available in Pennsylvania only. All of our other services are available in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
How is snow and ice management priced?
We offer per-inch, seasonal (lump sum) and time-and-materials pricing. We will recommend the option that best fits your property and budget.
Do you offer multi-year contracts?
Yes. We offer both single-season and multi-year agreements for landscape maintenance and snow management.
Is Rockport insured?
Yes. Rockport Landscape Services is fully insured with general liability and umbrella coverage. We can issue a Certificate of Insurance to your certificate holder, just request our vendor packet.
Are you licensed to apply turf and plant health treatments?
Yes. Rockport holds Pennsylvania and New Jersey commercial pesticide applicator certifications, so treatments are handled by certified professionals.
How does Rockport handle safety?
Safety comes first on every property. Every Rockport crew member is equipped with the right personal protective equipment (PPE) for the job, our equipment is well maintained, and we work carefully around residents, tenants, pedestrians and traffic.
